Procedure
1. Hilite the word you want to activate.
2. Put a blank link. ( window -> properties -> Type "#" in the link field )
3. Make sure that the phrase is still highlighted and choose Window -> Behaviors.
4. From the Behaviors Window select "+" . Click on "Open Browser Window"
5. Type in the name of the HTML file you want to open and select the properties from the box.
7. Save and Preview
