Pyongyang, North Korean Restaurant in Phnom Penh

Visited the North Korean Restaurant in Phnom Penh. Its at No. 400 Monivong Blvd. I have previously visited a similar place in Bangkok and the last time I was there, I was with several friends. The girls were curious (the clientele is usually south korean tourist and business groups) and kept coming back to talk to us.
