Flickr is a service that lets you host pictures for your blog (as many free blog sites do not provide image hosting).
If you are not interested in the blog feature, just the album features are great. You can add notes to particular areas in an image. The person viewing your pictures will see these notes when he rolls over the area. Also note the “blog” icon.
This is what you see when you click on the blog icon. You can type in the text you want and immediately publish the picture on your blog. The first time you use this feature, it will ask you for your blog server details. It supports blogger.com, Typepad and many other blog services.
